Example of a service package: Stairwell cleaning Sweeping and mopping all stairs Cleaning railings, handrails, and baseboards Cleaning entrance areas and hallways Removing cobwebs Cleaning windows inside and out Maintenance of glass surfaces, doors, and entrance areas General building maintenance cleaning Cleaning common areas (basement, laundry rooms, bicycle storage, elevators) Cleaning garbage cans inside and out Wiping down mailboxes, light switches, and doorbells This example includes 2 hours with a possible 15-minute buffer time. This may vary depending on the square footage, house, or apartment. (The buffer time is not included in the billing)
